Biography: Edward DuBeau, CPIM, CIRM, CSCP, has focused on Enterprise systems from both and implementation and user perspective for the last 20 years in the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries.   Ed is currently the Senior Director, Supply Chain Management at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals Pearl River facility.

While these beliefs are primarily applied to a marriage contract, these same principles can be applied to every ERP Implementation.  From courtship to long-term commitment, we will explore the fundamentals of successful ERP systems from both a project management and user perspective.
