Our Membership Application can be downloaded from the APICS Headquarters web site. Click
Here to go to the membership application page. Once at the download page,
double click on the application you would like to download (e.g. individual, corporate,
student). (If you are using Internet Explorer, you may "right click" on the application
you would like to download).
The application is in the form of a Portable Document Format (.pdf) file. You
will need to download and save this file to your hard drive or disk. Using Adobe
