Forecasting and Demand Management May 15th Seminar
In today's turbulent economy a well managed forecast demand management process can enhance customer service and better control inventory levels. Demand management is a critical activity required to help companies achieve strategic financial and operational supply chain objectives. However, companies lacking fundamental understanding of this concept often suffer the consequences in their bottom line. This interactive seminar is designed to provide the knowledge and understanding of the demand management process. The emphasis will be on the theory and practical applications of successful techniques to refine and stimulate the bottom line. It will be on applying concepts and improving the demand management process, not on mathematics.
